Project Summary
EMPOWER is an Erasmus+ KA153 Youth Workers Mobility project designed to strengthen the capacity of youth workers to support migrants, refugees, and other marginalized young people through social entrepreneurship, intercultural dialogue, and non-formal education methods. The project runs from January to December 2025 and is coordinated by YOUTHABILITY (Greece).
Project Objectives
EMPOWER aims to:
Equip youth workers with practical skills in social entrepreneurship. Promote social inclusion and participation of migrants, refugees, and disadvantaged youth. Strengthen intercultural communication and mutual understanding. Enhance youth workers’ competences through non-formal education methodologies. Encourage active citizenship, community engagement, and sustainable social initiatives. Build an international network of youth organizations working on inclusion and entrepreneurship.
