BeCompetent aims to strengthen the competences of youth workers by aligning their skills with the European Competence Model for Youth Workers. The project focuses on empowering professionals who support young people’s personal development, inclusion, and active participation in society.

It promotes innovation, cooperation, and the exchange of effective youth work practices among organisations from across Europe. By enhancing the quality and impact of youth work, BeCompetent contributes to building a more inclusive and skilled generation of youth workers.

Ultimately, the project supports the professionalisation and recognition of youth work, ensuring that youth workers are better equipped to respond to the evolving needs and challenges faced by young people today.
